How many of you ended up going to PA school as a non-traditional - TopicsExpress

How many of you ended up going to PA school as a non-traditional student (usually translating as: older than 28 years of age, married or a parent or both, etc)? I am married with four small children, and will be 34 by the time I finish my BA in Global Health between December 2019 and May 2020 (Ive been attending school part-time so far, but start full-time next fall). I have seriously been considering PA school instead of medical school, because of wait-listing, gender gap in MD pay, and time commitment, but want to make sure its a smart decision. Anyone been there, done that? Would you do it all over again if you had the chance, or would you have done something different?
