How many of you look in the mirror and focus on the parts you don’t like about your body or your face rather than seeing the parts you do? If this is your way of seeing your physical body then it will be the same in the way you look at your emotional and energetic self. You will be quick to be hard on yourself and slow to be good to yourself. So see this, know this, this is a good revelation. For with that revelation you can change the map. But I’m scared to see it because I might judge myself more. Well, why? You now have the knowledge of the insanity of self-judgment, so why ignore that knowledge and still continue to judge yourself? You might not know why in the mind. But your body will know why. So make an affirmation to release self-judgment, if you don’t know why or how, make an affirmation. Stick it on your wall. Say it aloud every day. Keep it in a diary. These things work. Remember it has been said that life is so simple and so complicated, and this is true. It can be very complicated to commit to an affirmation for various reasons, but it’s so simple to do. Takes 30 seconds and has a reconfiguring effect on your energy.
