How many of you relate to this? You go into a new workout program, new week, new year STRONG. You are READY. You are going to crush this and you are NOT going to quit this time. THIS IS IT! NOTHING will derail you! Then week 2 hits. You had a busy day. Your workout clothes are dirty. Your boss ran you off your feet. The kids drove you crazy...wine and a good book is much more appealing. Dang it...you just logged wine in MyFitnessPal and you are over calories, may as well have that piece of cake, too...since the day is wasted anyway. Believe me, weve all been there....otherwise, I wouldnt be writing this now. In fact I have to admit the last weeks where not at all like I would liked them to be , to much food ( but man it was so tasty), no or way to little exercise and on an on it goes . Heres the thing: The ones who succeed are not the ones who are perfect, its the ones who FAIL and still pick up and move forward. The ones who DO NOT QUIT in spite of ONE BAD DAY...heck, maybe even weeks or maybe even the whole summer. I am looking for those of you who are NOT willing to let this stop you, you did fall YES but now you get up and pick it up and commit again. 5-10 people who WILL NOT succumb this time because for ONCE this is YOUR TIME. I am looking for the ones who can pick up after falling and maybe even inspire another person to not give up, too. If this sounds like you...MSG ME .
