How many of you that posted the phrase, Remember the 5th know that its actually referred to Guy Fawkes Night? Half of you posted due to Anonymous which is fine and dandy but do remember your history before posting the phrase. For those of you who didnt know, Guy Fawkes was the guy that got caught guarding the barrels of gunpowder which was supposed to be used to blow up the House of Lords in England in the 1600s. This became known as the Gunpowder Plot. And FYI, Guy Fawkes night is celebrated by burning effigies of Guy Fawkes. Not wearing a mask seen in V for Vendetta.
