How many times have you heard someone try to justify their sin by pointing to someone elses that they deem worse and saying, Well at least I didnt do THAT! Only a self-righteous hypocrite would use such an argument to justify his/her wrongdoing. You may not have done that, but you did something else that makes you a prime candidate for Hell just the same...we just dont know about what you did! :) This is a self-righteous generation...they think they are righteous within themselves and that they dont need to depend on God and His mercy...that is the ultimate definition of self-righteousness! I will go on record saying that I need the grace and mercy of God EVERY DAY in my life and I cant make it without His help! I know that in my flesh dwelleth NO GOOD THING like Paul the Apostle said. Self-righteousness mocks that concept and arrogantly boasts that Christianity is only for weak people who use their religion as a crutch. They believe that man is inherently good and that psychology is the answer to all of mans woes and problems! In other words, they trust in the arm of flesh. You dont need a psychologist though, you just need to get saved and stop trusting in the flesh! All mankind is hopelessly lost without Jesus Christ and He is the answer, not Sigmund Freud!
