How much time do you spend a week watching tv? The Big Bang Theory Supernatural are two we try very hard not to miss. We even watch them over and over again. We usually use Netflix for any movies or shows but occasionally we will watch regular cable tv and we cant help but laugh so hard we cry at some of the commercials. Especially the prescription ads. OMG. lol I have to tell ya, the side affects they list are sooo much worse than the original problem, I have to wonder who really takes this stuff? We do not use over the counter medications but then again, we dont have any need for them. 4 years ago I was a serious DrPepper drinker, fried everything, hardly ever shopped in the produce section unless it was for some potatoes -how else are you going to make fries? :) Since then I have seriously changed my life. I spend 80% of my time in the produce section of the market now. I do not do sodas at all. Limit my sugar intake and hardly ever buy any food in a box or can. It has changed my life. I no longer have any allergies to speak of, I used to have to take allergy meds ALL the time. I have not been any kind of sick in almost 3 years. When I do have issues with my body it is due to over working muscles :) I grow a garden, small ones, herbs, veggies, and working on adding some fruit bearing plants. And all those changes in diet changed my need for medications. That simply amazes me.
