How nice it is that I can go to a church to hear a group and they asked if I have my bass. That happened today. I was honored to play with Charlie,Debbie and friends. After the service was over Debbbie," I kept wondering how you could play the songs with no charts!" I told her that I played most of the songs before with different arrangements and the others ;A song can only go certain directions note wise and stay melodic. She was apologetic about not acknowledging me when the others were introduced to which I said,"As a bassplayer you get used to just being there but most of the troubles in the world [wars ,economy ,weather bad mix ]are the bassplayers fault.lol
