How present are you when you train, workout or exercise? The quality of the results you get out of your fitness is only as good as the quality of your effort, energy and commitment. And all off that is underpinned by your level of presence during every move of every exercise during a session. There are 2 major obstacles that can effect your level of presence, commitment and ultimately your results. 1. Life’s distractions: This is the stuff that you need to leave outside of your training or exercise schedule so you put the best and most of your energy and attention. 2. Exercise difficulty: This is the difference between being fully engaged and focused and being totally checked out or distracted. The difficulty level of anything you do in your training or workouts need to be finely calibrated so that its not so easy that you check out, not so hard that wish it to come to an end but somewhere in the middle so you have the most of your focus, attention and presence. The quality of your results are only as good as the quality of your focus, energy and attention you put in to every session.
