How should i do to improve my strength and stamina during season. Ive realised that i cant go to the gym as often or go running during the season because its to tough combined with all football sessions and it only gets me injured. I would also like to ask if anyone knows some easy exercises that you can do everyday to minimize the risk for injuries ( groins,calves and hamstrings) Finally I would like to thank Dylan Tooby for all the great tips and for helping me on my journey to become the player I want to be. Keep doing what youre doing, you are great!
