How the Philippines handled the deluge is something we Filipinos should be proud of. The lack of credit to where it is due can be traced to how indifferent we have become towards our politicians from a long history of bad acts. But then again, Ruby has gifted us with a golden reason to bring it back to them. The tale of two men on a single path to 2016 diverged during Rubys slamming. To Mar Roxas, it was your shining moment. You have shown your fine management skills. I wouldnt be surprised if your approval rating will skyrocket esp. in Visayas region. To Jejomar Binay, its pretty obvious. This is not your moment. If only the two will be gunning for the top post in 2016, the former just got my vote hands down.
