How the Youth Make it the West ? They do NOT wait years to work for the government..!! They do want government to help create jobs..but not gov jobs. 1) All the young Rich and Famous Americans even Chinese, started their own Technology Companies...Jack Ma made $28 Billion in CHINA by starting Alibaba. He was a teacher, now the richest man in china. 2) Those who want to have good jobs with high salaries, study BUSINESS and INVESTMENTS, and get an MBA..and work for banks, investment companies, and the stock market. 3) Some even work in fixing and renovating old homes..and move from there to have own renovation companies and become builders. 3) Those who want to make it Politics, study Law and Public Policy, and join the local government and progress to state and federal level, some work with Top Politicians as assistants to gain experience. The System is there to help them.. which is not the case in Egypt. -Youth mindset has to change. -Medical & Engineering Schools should not be the default choice for top students anymore...IT and Business is the future. -Government role has to change.and help create jobs in private sector -Banks and Investors have to support young entrepreneurs
