How the hell do so many of you make it through a Burn without getting sick after? I come home with some weird, mutated hippy-cold EVERY SINGLE BURN. And it seems my little guy is taking after me. I generally say mostly sober these days at Burns (turning 30 sent my tolerance for prolonged partying into the dirt- if I partied too hard Id be spending 90% of the Burn feeling like hungover shit, so I have to pace myself). But my husband is totally fine, of course, and making fun of me. I even ate well and took all the vitamins the lovely and caring Sofia Ivanova kept giving me. I even slept every night of the Burn. We didnt even physically over-extend ourselves this year because of having to stay with Dexter so much in the tent or sitting around at our camp. I didnt even HUG that many people this year! But the people I DID hug- Im giving you an evil keep your hippy germs to your damn self stink-eye! /sniffle /cough
