How the time flies ... This is the last week of our Jungle & Forest coffee series, before we will start our new series. This week brings us to the rather excellent coffees of Costa Rica - famous for turning their coffees into something special. This weeks Jungle Bacilio is even doubly special: its a Costa Rican microlot, i.e. a coffee of a particular plot of a farm, where the grower has realised that one particular plot of his land produces superior coffee. The Bacilio has been honey processed, giving it an extra dash of sweetness, with great flavours of nut and mixed fruits. As always, come in and try as an espresso or pour-over. Or, if youre more the home-brew type, grab some beans off the shelf and take a piece of Costa Rica home with you.
