How to Break the Spirit of Witchcraft 1) Lead people in repentance. Have them publicly renounce both of the following things: sins of rebellion; sins of control/manipulation (e.g., Simon the sorcerer had bitterness). 2) Have them break any curse that came from those sins. 3) Then have them break off and renounce the spirit of witchcraft. 4) Laying on of hands: 5) First declare to the region in which the church is that you do not allow witchcraft to operate. Command it to stop. 6) Simply lay hands on each person and break off witchcraft. I do this and usually it is very subdued with almost no reaction or demonic manifestation. Great breakthrough begins to occur right away. Usually the next day is totally different. How to Keep Witchcraft Away 1) The spiritual authority of apostles. Apostles, regularly declare to the region that you do not allow witchcraft to operate. Have the church stand with you. 2) Discern. Paul needed to discern the presence of witchcraft (Paul looked and saw in Acts 13). The laying on of hands by apostles is important. 3) Use the gifts of the Holy Spirit as much as possible. 4) Magnify the works of Jesus through testimony. 5) Emphasize His name and His resurrection power (Acts 4:33)
