I eliminated meat because the animals are GMO pumped with antibiotics & chemicals and there really is no telling what they are eating in their unnatural artificial diet. 3. I drink 6 -8 pints of liquid a day including pure vegetable and fruit drinks that I juice at home in order that I really do KNOW what my smoothie contains. 4. Major Key: I have learned to recognise that no amount of food will ever satisfy our hunger pangs because even if we can eat no more, then even then, the real emotional needs which is other than food, still has not been understood or met.
