How to Get the Most Out of Your Health Care System Saturday, March 15 • 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. The deadline to sign up for health insurance in the new marketplace is March 31. Join Dorothy Reddic, Board President of the Black Healthcare Initiative Coalition, as she discusses why it is important to sign up for insurance and where you can get help locally. She will explain how the health care system works, including the types of providers that are available and how to choose one that works for your needs. Plus, she will share secrets on how to get the most out of the health care system. Certified counselors from Rockford Health System will be available to answer your questions, too.
