Inluding waste pipe, cold water feed pipe and the overflow pipe if it is present. This video will give you a brief idea about how to actually finish off the job using silicone sealant. Here are a few tips that will help you when removing and installing a toilet. 1. Make sure the water is turned off and the cistern and toilet bowl are empty 2. Remove the vold water supply pipe 3. If possible remove the waste pipe and overflow (sometimes you can only do this if the toilet is unscrewed from the floor 4. Unscrew the toilet and cut the silicone 5. If it has a close coupled cistern, remove the screws holding the cistern to that wall and cut any silicone behind. If it has a high level cistern, remove the flush pipe by just pulling it out. 6. remove the toilet and cistern 7. Clean the floor area and inspect cold supply and waste for wear and tear. Often we install new flexible waste pipe. Its so much easier. 8. Install the new toilet by screwing to the floor. Make sure waste is all attached OK before fixing down. 9. Re install cistern and flush, attach cold water supply and overflow. 10. Fill up, test and flush 11. Once you have tested for leaks, silicone seal the toilet as per video
