How to Make White Da-sik (tea treat) 1. Mix powdered roasted grain with a small amount of salt for flavor (sifted if possible). Add just a couple drops of vegetable oil so mixture doesnt stick to mold. 2. Mix 3 TBSP of honey (or agave syrup) for every 1 cup of dry ingredients to make a thick mixture. 3. Place the mixture into the da-sik mold, filling the remaining space, to create a fine, green-colored da-sik. *If you add powdered green tea to the mix, you get green da-sik. Serve with delicate tasting teas/tisanes - like the chrysanthemum blossom tisane - so that the flavor of the da-sik does not overpower that of the tea.
