How to balance our lives in a simple way Like our car having 4 wheels, we as human beings exist in 4 dimensions. Body-Mind-Emotions-Life Energy! The car will move smoothly & safely only all 4 wheels are aligned and balanced. Even if air in one tyre is less, the travel would be to wobbly & unsafe. Life is also like the car. You need to bring a balance on all the 4 dimensions of existence. You need to put equal efforts on the 4 dimensions. Sharpening the mind alone can generate some comforts, but not everlasting peace, health or happiness in life. Some simple ways to balance all the four: Body: 1. Eat & sleep at the right time 2. Keep your body fit & flexible. Do yoga/walking/swimming/sport everyday for 30 mins 3. Eat lots of fruits & vegetables - they help you to combat free radicals generated by mobile phones. Mind 1. Read self empowerment books for 15 mins daily. 2. Listen to positive audio while driving in your car. 3. Avoid watching TV & newspapers (it is 95% negative) 4. Invest 15 mins time per day to know what you want in life. Write it down. Emotions: 1. Practice yoga nidra daily to dumb all negative emotions. 2. Look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself “I Like Myself” atleast 10 times daily. 3. Write one happy experience in your happiness journal daily. You will have 365 in a year. Whenever you are upset, just open any page and read. You will feel happy immediately. Life Energy: 1. Practice Breathing exercise for 10 mins daily 2. Meditate or sit in silence with eyes closed for 10 mins daily 3. Involve yourself mindfully in any religious/temple based activity 4. Keep your spine erect.
