How to be prepared before hailing a cab/taxi for dummies!!! lol..Be the judge, coz Im a usual cab/taxi commuter and I can relate myself to this type of situation. Dont put the blame on the taxi driver because, Hes not a Jeepney driver that would ask if your money is coinage when you just hopped inside his cab silly!! unless if it is your first time to ride a taxi, well that would be... engkkk still not counted. hahahahaha..
