I’m just going to give you a full routine showing exactly how to build up muscle fast so you can get the body of your dreams. Will it be easy? Nope. Will it work? Yep. Will it be effective? Yep. First off I’m going to offer you a few different versions, if you are new to the gym or have made no real progress in the gym for a long time I’d recommend trying out the following routine before I go more in depth with the routine I’m about to offer you here. Dumbbell bench press 30 second break lat pull down Day 2 Squats 30 second break calf raise 30 second Weighted sit ups 30 second squat day 3 cardio day 4 30 second break day 6 cardio The above routine should be done for 3 weeks. It is great for burning fat, raising endurance and muscle building. Simply perform 6 sets of 6 of each exercise. The week after 7 sets of 7 each exercise, and the week after that 8 sets of 8 on each exercise and you will know without a shadow of a doubt how to build up muscle fast and how to get the body of your dreams.
