Step one to recruiting success in ur Network Marketing business is to share ur opportunity with as many targeted prospects as possible. When u go2share picture ur mind that u are offering a bite of hot soup to ur spouse or significant other. You want to carefully share just enough to gv them a taste and leave them wanting more. What would happen if u picked up the bowl of soup and poured it all over them? Divorce, probably. Yet that that it was the mojority of new marketers do in their MLM Recruiting. They pour out everything they about the business and product. Not only does it make a big mess, but it leaves ur prospects heading for the exists. #Step2 - Firm follow up. You may hv heard that Fortune is in the follow up. This is absolutely true. The sharpest marketers wl jump on a gr8t idea right away, but even with them the timing may be right. On average, it takes 4-6 exposures b4 sum1 makes the decision to comes on board with u. Heres a tip...Dont ask for permission to follow up. This may seem rude, but it is important that u get used to the subtlety here. Let the prospect know that u wl be following up, and if at all possible set a firm appointment for that follow up. Unless the prospect objects, then they are giving u TACIT CONSENT to keep the appointment. When u ask for permission, u are giving the Objection wheel in the prospects head a chance to start spinning. As long as u feel good that this is a qualified prospect, the YOU guide them through the necessary steps. You are the professional, after all. Following up with prospects becomes even eiser when u learn to automate the process. #Step3 - To Your Bullet Proof MLM Recruiting System. You hv to ask 4a decision. Here is an example: Bardimo, I would luv to hv u as part of my team! Whats keeping u 4rm getting started right now? Bardimo wl probably reply with Nothing. Gr8t! Lets get started. Or, Outstanding! Which Package makes the most sense 2u? If instead Bardimo gives u a reason that he is not ready 2go, thats ok too. Fantastic actually. Simply address his objection by getting his questions answered. Then dive back in and ask 4a decision. #NB: Most ppl fail at MLM Recruiting not bcoz they dont talk to enough ppl, but bcoz they dont ask for enough decision.
