How to experience ultimate bliss: Take 30 mins, Practice love meditation. Lie on your bed, you could do that before going to sleep or at any part of the day, fantasize about loving, helping, ratifying, caring, healing, strengthening, building up, encouraging, advising, donating, giving, improving, amending optimizing and upgrading all of humanity. With this meditation atleast for me you will get incoming white light from the top of your head (crown chakra they say) coming all the way through the lower part of you body, your body will vibrate at a higher frequency, and then you will experience tremendous bliss. My theory is that this white light, photon, prana, god energy, life force is incoming from the future or some other time-space-location. This might be a way to make love with humanity or a higher dimensional organization or system. A love making that is not bounded and limited by the physical self you inhabit. The logic behind this is that the brain is build to process large quantity of love vibrations, the interconnectivity that is of love is expressed in semantics and semiotics, I am the voice, resonance, sounds of god, god is speaking the language of love through me, and I am here to spread out gods message. When we connect to god source through love we become part of gods mission to love all of humanity.
