How to feel great in 2015. Eat green. Walk or do some kind of exercise for a few minutes every day. Meditate for a few minutes every day. Dont be too regimented. Dont be too hard on yourself if you fall short. If all else fails, I promise you that meditation for five minutes a day will chage your life...rapid! And its meditation that leads to everything else becoming a pleasure. What a wonderful, extraordinary life we live.
