How to get back on the Bandwagon? Here are my 10 Top Tips to help you get motivated! 1) Download some new tunes! Grooving gets you moving, so full your playlist up with some new jams 2) Change your Training Programme, doing the same workout over & over is a state of insanity, change it up! Your muscles will be shocked & your brain will be focused on something new & different 3) See your progress soo far, by looking at how far you have come & not how much more you have to go is a critical step of observation, NOTHING happens overnight but it will happen, Thanks Rachael Hunter for that timeless quote! 4) Remember the reasons why you started in the first place...I CAN & WILL achieve this goal because I want........*(you fill in the rest) 5) If your diet is your weakest point then ask yourself this before you stuff your face with that cake or burger Are you helping me achieve my goal? I can tell you that choc cake is most certainly not haha 6) Make small targets along the way to get the big goal, cutting a 1min off your run or down 1 dress size before reaching a total loss of 3dress sizes, EVERY step is progress, congratulate each step! 7) Reward yourself on each step! Massages are my fav, my body gets a real treat & I perform better so set a reward weekly/fortnightly/monthly its up to you :-) 8) Envision yourself achieving your goal like you have already received it, the power of envisioning is magnificent! Dream, Believe Receive! 9) Dont be so hard on yourself!!! Stop it right now! Be kind to your body, its not how many times you fall down but how many times you get back up! Negative feelings are toxic so secrete them from your way of thinking NOW! 10) Learn from your mistakes, your failures are only improvements, realize your weakness, acknowledge you need to improve on this weakness, dust yourself off and get back on that bandwagon!!!! Its your own goal &vision. Your greatest achievements in life are from the toughest challenges!
