How to kick a cold in two days!! Heres what I did this weekend to beat a nasty cold out of my body that started Friday night: 1. Oregano Oil - 1-2 capsules 2 times a day with food 2. Double up on normal vitamins (multi, omega 3, D3) 3. 5000mg of vitamin C/day with food 4. Rest as much as possible 5. Get a massage 6. Hot bath at least once a day 7. Sipped hot tea or just hot water with lemon all day plus lots of water I found myself feeling pretty bad starting Friday night only to find a full blown cold had consumed me by Saturday morning complete with body aches and sore throat. I decided to be diligent about getting better and so proceeded to do the above steps which resulted with me waking up this morning (Monday) feeling pretty darn good. Good enough to hit yoga class! Usually this kind of cold takes me at least a week sometimes two to really get it out of my system. Hope this helps any of you who may experience the change of season sniffles! Happy Monday!
