How to lose business! Just attended a digital course along with 15 other delegates at a (supposedly) elite conference venue in Pembs. Wi-fi connection was down in the meeting room and no real attempt was made to sort things out. After lunch we were obliged to move our stuff to a different room and sit on each others laps. Manager was absent and staff seemed unable to grasp the concept that digital training requires an Internet connection. This was the first of a two day event, which included catering and a couple of overnight stays, from one of the largest training providers in Wales - who will never repeat the experience. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? It was like watching a car crash in slow motion. Im going to the pub.
