How to make carrot cake this December: __________________________________________________ 4 cups of flour 2 tsp of bakin powder 2tsp of bakin soda 1/2 tsp of salt Ground cinnamon 4 eggs 1, 1/4 cups oil 1cup of white sugar 1cup of brown sugar 2 tsp of Vanilla 3 cups of grated carrots Preheat the oven to 325•F or those who dnt hv oven u cn use Sand: put sand on ua sufuria half way cover it wth lid n heat it for 1 hour: Method _________________ •mix together flour, baking powder,salt,cinnamonin a bowl.....or use blender if u hv 1* •Whisk together eggs,oil,sugars,vanilla 4 1minute •Add both mixtures in 1bowl + grated carrots n mix to afine dough, •grease ua pan 4 cake wth butter or blueband n pour ua mixture in the greased pan..... •bake ua cake in oven for approx 45 to 50minutes •Those using Sand ....after heatin ua sand 4 1hour open ua sufuria put ua cake pan in it n cover bck ua sufuria ......B chakin by insertin toothpic in it.....if the toothpic comes out dry the cake is ready, •put aside to cool n serve later :p :p u cn find some of the ingredients in supermarkets around U.....Merry X mas swt@s =D nyc tym u all*
