Now Go to the same window, these windows will remind you of police vans windows or windows where people usually meet prisoners. 8. Now here fight everyone, the person on the other side will collect you slip and forget about you. 9. Now wait for the person to offer you the number plate. You will be surprised to see your plate and will cry like anything as you have won a lottery. 10. Now suddenly the officer look alike person will declare you are wasting your time. He will give your plates outside the office. 11. Now again wait for your turn a monkey show type of crowd, but failed to understand who are the real monkies. 12. Remember you need a assistant friend also who drive it cry for you. 13. Now suddenly they will announce surrender old plates. Now you remove your old number plates in your own and again or rather beg for number plate . 14. After few minutes again and again pointing about your plate. You will get it. 15. You have to note down the two led numbers from the front and rear plates and submit along with proof of ownership and rc. Fix the sticker yiurself. 20.
