How to make pineapple beer. (Makes about 6lts). Peel of 1 pineapple. 6lt luke warm water. 750ml (3 cups) white sugar. 125ml chopped raisins. 10g (1 packet) yeast. Method. Make sure the peel is clean Scrub well, then rinse thoroughly. Cut the peel roughly Mix the peel, water, sugar and raisins in a large container and sprinkle the yeast over the surface. Stir well and leave for 24hrs Strain and bottle. Put the caps on the bottles after 12hrs. Store in a cool place.
