How to really work your ADDUCTORS & ABDUCTORS: Use two benches to allow for greater depth and increased range of motion during the exercise Grab a weight that is challenging yet you can STILL MAINTAIN FORM THE ENTIRE TIME. You want to push yourself but you do not want to sacrifice form. Whats the point? So you can get injured? Not worth it. Squat down as low as you can while keeping your knees out. Letting your knees cave in will put the majority of the force in your hip and knee JOINTS. Be active throughout the entire movement. Dont just go through the motions. Keep your chest up to work those back extensors and challenge your core even more. If you cant maintain the form throughout the entire range of motion, use a lighter weight. You can even use a really light weight and just slow the exercise down until you feel comfortable squatting all the way down.
