How to stop much of the warring driven chaos in this world based on one simple principle. WARS CANT RUN FOR LONG IF MOST OF THE PEOPLE HAVE GONE. So let em. Massively fund the mass resettlement of millions away from war zones in neighboring countries. Effectively offer aid and a second home to the vast majority of those in war torn nations. Actively seduce citizens AWAY from their shit hole nations and separate the decent citizens from the psychopaths and fanatics. The fleeing refugees would get jobs and homes provided they agree to a 5 year stay minimum to help cover the cost of their resettlement. Countries could establish the number of refugees they could take and millions could quickly escape. Give a strict time limit for this process to prevent leakage of many warring factions to bleed into the fleeing refugee population - as they see the writing on the wall. After that time limit anyone leaving the nations will be detained and investigated for war crime activities and face potential prosecution in the Hague at the ICC. As a result the warring factions rapidly lose their tax base and support for the war as infrastructure crumbles and the money and supply of tax payer and soldiers dries up fast. Their wars would grind to a halt and then the country could be later repatriated to those who wish to live in it. Combatants in the warring country would, after a probationary period to surrender themselves, become war criminals. The source country could be blockaded and fleeing, starving warmongers could be arrested as their capacity to wage war diminished and starvation and disease forced them to leave. If they dont they almost certainly will die from the consequences of their own actions. Either way problem solved. You can DISMANTLE a nation in months this way without very little actual military involvement other than air cover for convoys of citizens leaving the war zones. WARS today only continue because surrounding nations DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO LEAVE THESE WAR ZONES and resettle. Permanently allowing people to resettle and giving them jobs and lives in surrounding safe nations is a major component of destroying both terrorism as a global force and largely wiping the blight of war from the global community. Short sighted selfishness and lack of money is the only barrier to a program like this making huge impacts.
