How to succeed at cons for an established comic book artist: Forget that you have drawn comics professionally for said amount of years... Understand that con goers today have no idea that you drew the outsiders back in 1998... Its not cosplayers, or artisans, or artists who make prints that are hurting your sales... Its your ego... Figure out how to compete (offer more things for purchase, adjust your prices to your crowd, and become a salesman) if youre there to make money, then sell yourself! Be friendly to every person who comes to your table, if youre not a friendly person find someone who is and have them sell your wares! Hope that helps, whew... Love ya all!
