How to tell when someone is put in a management position because of who they know. Sign number one they do not speak in passing. Personality is the number one quality for any position but in management it is a MUST. Sign number two they got that head in the air so high if it rains they gone drown. Sign number three they are brown nosing so hard with the person that gave them the position you can smell the BS a mile away. Sign number four which is the most important sign of them all.....They dont know SQUAT! Just because Suzy Q or John Boy is your buddy doesnt mean they need to be rewarded. Sometimes its best to let them continue to get them free checks!!
