How to verify the MyKads of Power Rengers and Donald Duck? PETALING JAYA (June 10): Some of you may have heard of the names of these fellow citizens of ours, but many more have yet to know that there are Malaysians holding MyKads with names like Taliberguna Berkebolehan Kawad, Valintino Power Rengers and Donald Duck. These are but a few of them. According to their MyKads, they live in remote villages in Sabah and Sarawak. Taliberguna, 16, lives in Tongod, Lamag, Sabah; Donald Duck, 24, lives in a Kampung Paung Maragang, Sabah while Power Rengers, 18, lives in Sungai Setulai, Sebauh, Sarawak. Using Google Earth, we can see that these villages exist in the remote parts of Sabah and Sarawak. Taliberguna and Power Rengers are not old enough to vote but Donald Duck who is old enough, is not registered as a voter. However, with such interesting names, should they ever apply for a job and the employer wanted to verify their MyKads, the National Registration Department under the Home Ministry will not be helpful.
