How true is this? It makes me sad sitting down for a meal and the people Im with are on their phone. Or people at the gym who spend more time texting than sweating. Kids at my work who watch a movie on an ipad instead of colouring in a picture.. In the middle of the dance floor or at a concert and all you can see is the white lights of phone screens. I love dinner at home with Dale, away from the TV and the lights down low - no phones no distractions. I love going for a walk and listening to the birds and the wind.. smart phones and dumb people. Were all guilty of it.
