How two days can be so different, overcast and raining yesterday but today, absolutely beautiful. Arrived at 7.30 am along Shore Road to be greeted by a calm bobby sea and slowly the sunrise, with its reflection shining across the briny. Lovely swim with Fiona Bettles and Caroline Crolla, as usual lots of chat and laughing. :-) Thanks Fiona for the scrummy choccie bites and Caroline for your interesting background.
