How was everyones weekend? It was so hectic I couldnt even get a chance to share with you my comments on Sydney Morning Herald about how to eat healthy on a budget. First was a few days of conference to help me build a world class service business, then it was the Startup Award night in Sydney, then spent Sunday building our Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Centre. Having to cook my own meals since being a student, I understand spending money smart on food and grocery is very important but the nutrition quality of what you buy must not be compromised.
