How well do you know your neighbor? Everyday trajedies occur and many families loose everything. In July 2014 a Salt Lake family had their lives turned upside down. While visiting their fathers grave out of state, a single-mother family of three trying to make ends meet had their apartment robbed and set on fire. Having no insurance, the family returned home and found themselves with nothing. They have few family members in Utah and very limited support. At this point in time they have nowhere to live because of their meager income. The mother does the best that she can, but cannot provide adequate support for their needs due to an injury. One member of the family was hoping to apply for and attend college, however, their situation has made it impractical to pay for college tuition. A family member said this about the situation: Our family of three was out on vacation. We were notified that our apartment was broken in to, robbed and burned to ashes. Everything that was valuable was taken. Everything else was completly burned and destroyed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please help this wonderful family. They are hard-workers, trying to get by with what has happened. Even small donations would be very helpful for this family.
