How wonderful to see this woman dance! It took my breath away and brought a happy tear to my eye. Medical prosthetics have come such a LONG way. My grandfather was an amputee who had his leg removed after an incident in Korea. He had a wooden leg prosthetic. Once I realized that my Grand Dad didnt have a real leg he showed me his wooden one. Showed me how he took it off and put it on. Ive gotta admit, as a kid I was slightly confused as to why I couldnt just detach my own appendages at will. The one really strong impression I had from this experience was actually holding his wooden leg in my arms. I was only 5 and it was as big as I was...and so heavy. Thank god we have made such awesome advances! Everyone should dance like this, everyday! :) Joyful exuberance...delightful!
