If Grandma or Grandpa is in a nursing home they are missing out on the freedoms that Medicare PAYS for - its called Medicaid Waiver (to waive dependency on state funding paid by the federal gov/Medicare) so they can live at home or at least in an apartment complex for the elderly! It gives them in home services like a personal assistant (Specially Trained Attendant), Homemaker Services, Social Transportation, Home & Vehicle Modifications, Private Duty Nursing, Physical Therapist in-home etc.....
