Here at The Good Property Company, we are ‘walking the walk’. (property geeks!). In the past 4 years, we have sourced over 160 deals in Bristol, we run a strong Buy to Sell strategy, I personally own a substantial HMO and AST portfolio, we have extensive experience in raising Private Finance, and we enjoy teaching others the same skills and processes. So a little busy then! Plus I have semi retired this year – working 3 days a week – it can be done after only 4 years in property! How you can work with us? Get FREE information 1) Check out the fb page – I publish the series of The One Hundred Lessons, well respected. Like the fb page or friend us on our fb profile to get them into your stream. 2) Brew a cuppa, sit down and enjoy the YouTube videos – we have a great library of FREE property knowledge, so you can pick up a lot of information on property investing, Buy to Sell, property development and more. https://youtube/user/goodpropertycompany/videos How to work with us going forward… 3) Invest in the deals we source – first step is to come to an Investor Day, held monthly here in Bristol (£20 plus VAT) to check us out, tickets sold on Eventbrite. 4) Join our Group Mentoring Programme, to get access to working with me for a year, to support your property progress. We limit group attendance to only 20 people, and have a waiting list so you can be assured of a place going forward.
