How you ever wondered why you are not seeing a change with your body? Or have you seen some changes, but now things are at a stand still. Many times we never reach our ultimate goals because we lack consistency. Yes, every workout you should put in your best work. However, what counts the most is committing yourself everyday to see a transformation. My biggest struggle is building muscle in my lower body. My legs and butt have always been small and lack definition. I use to complain to my trainer Roland King Ro Genesy that I want my lower body better, and he always told me it just takes time and keep working hard. I know it is hard to be patience at times, but you need to give your body time to change. I am proud of this picture, because I have dedicated myself to so many challenging workouts to transform my legs. At times I wanted to give up, and I told myself that I just dont have the genetics. However, that attitude did not last long. Dont give up just now on your fitness goals. You never know what is at the end of the road if you turn around. Keep driving…keep pushing.
