How you know…“if you are in the masses” What are the masses? It’s doing what everyone else thinks, says or does. It’s going against the tug of your heart. It’s when fear or doubt confronts you…and you fall back into your own shadow. It’s when you have a chance to go to the next level, work with the right people and you chose to stay where you are. It’s when greatness knocks on your door, and you’re afraid to answer. Being a part of the masses doesnt make you a bad person. I know plenty of wonderful people who chose to stay where they are…and I don’t judge them for doing so. The only time I ever have any thoughts one way or the other is when I see a person who is face to face with a shot to reach for their full potential and they let their friends, family or even their current team who are not willing to go for it…talk them out of it. This is very sad to me because I know firsthand what that’s like after speaking to 10’s of thousands of people for over 2 decades. What do I mean? I mean I occasionally I run into those who crossed my path years ago….they always ask….”how did it go”…they usually ask it believing it didnt turn out so well for myself and many they remember being there at the same time. When I tell them how it turned out for those willing to go for it…you can see the regret in their eyes. If my last sentence hit you in the heart…don’t fall back into your shadow….step up, meet your destiny head on and take that first step. The journey to success can start that easily. Take that 1st step, reach out to whomever you feel has what you’re seeking…and grab your destiny and don’t look back…or risk meeting me or the person who comes to mind in a few years and having to ask that dreaded question….”how did it go”? Ive been here before, I know how it turns out and I know how to get there. Do you?
