Howard Middle School is PROUD of its Legal Studies Students who tried to fix a problem that should not exist. After receiving a sponsor in both the Florida House of Representatives and Florida Senate, their bill was never heard and has died. Our students are hopeful that one day, school buses will NEVER pay tolls to transport children. Howard Middle School Students, through this process, also learned that the Osceola Expressway Authority EXEMPTS Osceola County School Buses from paying tolls.
