Howdy Hunnas fans. Jack here. Just thought that Id give you a bit of an update on my latest musical endeavours. For those of you who dont know, I play trumpet with H & C and Ive been putting out my own stuff for the last 15 years. Ive actually had a well-earned rest after the epicness of 2014; but Ive got my first gig for the year with my band, The Long Lost Brothers, tomorrow, Jan 25th at the St. Kilda Bowling Club as part of the great local event, Day By The Green. Brilliant line-up and a ripper price ($20) if youre free. Ive also spent the holidays writing some new songs (at last!) and scheming away on a few new projects that Ill keep you posted on as the year goes on. The most immediate scheme is my Bacharach project. Together with one of my other gangs, The Ambassadors Of Love, we have a show called The Look Of Love which features Bacharach and David classics. Well be launching a new CD on Friday March 20th at The Flying Saucer Club. You can find out whats going on and where were playing at my website, jack-howard, where youll also find heaps of music and videos. (You can also go to my Jack Howard Bandpage here on the book of face. Feel free to like it - its all about the likes these days!) Anyway, this is just an introduction. Ill be checking in regularly with news of my stuff and some cool H & C stuff as well. Adios for now!
