However, on the GaDaH Roller-coaster, as quick as I can hit rock - TopicsExpress

However, on the GaDaH Roller-coaster, as quick as I can hit rock bottom, that ride just whizzes me back up with great news. STARLA has been adopted. Now this girl has been through so very much, diagnosed with distemper and scheduled to be killed at San Antonio Animal Care Services, I went to get her. NO WAY did she have distemper it was clear she had been badly injured, no doubt by a car/ truck. Long story short and a lot of traveling around she had a broken pelvis and both her hips were dislocated. She had a plate put on her pelvis and toggles to hold her hips in their sockets. She does a fly-biting but it doesnt seem to bother her, I had her on the anti-seizure meds but they did nothing. So an absolutely wonderful family on the WEST coast let her sneak into their hearts and they have adopted this amazingly wondeful young girl. STARLA is going to be living in Redmond, WA and will be leaving the pack on 28th January with Paws Without Borders. Their first transport this year is already booked up! CONGRATULATIONS to STARLA you have got yourself an absolutely amazing family here. So happy for her!
