Hows every bodies Sunday? Productive and relaxing.. Family time ;).. For myself a lot of planning for the new week. We have our 24 fit club starting nxt Tuesday in Avondale everybody is welcome.... Question to ask your self tonight. Reflect on how your week went with reaching your goal. Make a new goal for nxt wk coming, reset and slowly make those little changes if needed... If you need advice on anything just pm your health coach or share your opinion.... Remember 3x supplements per day... 2x shake a day with a healthy meal and 3 protein snacks in between those meals will fuel the body with good nutrition, getting you results. This will speed up your metabolism turning your body into a Fat burning machine... Boom!!! 20% exercise, 80% nutrition. 100% comes down to you. Night everybody, lets start our Mondays on a high, positive productive with gratitude for the things we currently have....
