Hows this for an inspiring story! Raj Kumari Chaudhary is a mother of two living in the Khata Corridor in Nepal. She used to rely on the forest for a tiny income, but in 2011 she set up her own snack shop with the help of our livelihoods scheme. Now visitors can come to her shop to enjoy a local breakfast and home-made sweets. Shes become a thriving entrepreneur, and she can afford to send her children to a good school.
