Hows this weather????, pretty average, well then lucky for all you guys the here at Main Street we have wonderful specials this week designed to warm you up... First up as usual is the breakfast special..... French toast with strawberry marscapone with caramelised macadamias.... This weeks tapas we have Chef Todds Asian inspired fish cakes with lime aioli, everyone is raving about these, not your average fish cake, trust me.. Soup is flying out the door quicker than we can make it, there maybe some red curry pumpkin left, but I do know that Todd will be making cream of parsnip and thyme soup with bacon lardons and croutons tomorrow( Tuesday ).....its the perfect weather for it...... F.O.D.....fish of the day is crispy skin salmon on a Sicilian potato salad, and topped with a vierge sauce........perfect winter food.......so warm your heart, soul and belly up popping in this week.......keep warm folks......The Main Street Crew.....
